Markell is s career counselor who helps frustrated job seekers find career direction. She is the author of Fast Track Your Career: Three Steps for Finding Work You Love and has produced several audio programs and career guides for job seekers and career changers.

Markell works with clients in her private practice, Futures in Motion, Inc. and on-campus as Counseling Manager, Graduate Student Services at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In her role as career counselor, Markell guides her clients in discovering career options that integrate their interests, skills, and passions. She also works with clients through the job search process by helping them find employment and internship opportunities, create resumes and curriculum vitae, prepare for interviewing and networking activities, and salary negotiation. Markell received her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of San Diego, and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara (Go Gauchos!). She is an active board member of UCSB Alumni Association. Markell loves rock music, is a New England Patriots fan and a foodie.

George Krueger and Mary-Lynn Foster are partners in life and business. Together, they started Bigg Success to build a community of goal-getters dedicated to living life on their own terms. They also co-host The Bigg Success Show, one of the most popular business career podcasts on iTunes.

George is a serial business owner and also teaches entrepreneurship at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has frequently been chosen as an “excellent instructor” by his students. Mary-Lynn is a veteran radio broadcaster and an audio production specialist. Her work has been recognized numerous times by her broadcasting peers.
